I have been to this dealership a "few" times and each time the service gets worse! This latest time, it took the staff an hour to locate my SUV in order for me to leave. I had requested the VIP car wash time the service gets worse! This latest time, it took the staff an hour to locate my SUV in order for me to leave. I had requested the VIP car wash service in addition to brake service: not done! It is the only Ford dealership close to where I live. I miss the professionalism and the excellent service from Sheehy Ford which use to be here! I am already looking around for another Ford dealership! A month earlier I had taken my Ford Mustang in for heating and air conditioner problems and it was never fixed despite Banister Ford stating on the billing invoice! I am already looking for another establishment to complete the job and I will turn this over to Ford Corporate for whatever I am billed! Do not go here(Banister Ford in Marlow Heights)!
