I went in because I received an email about trading in my old car for a new car because of the covid-19. After speaking with Sean Mathis I decided to trade in my car! WHAT A HEADACHE - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I have never worked with such dishonest, incompetent people. From the sales person, Oscar, who said things that later proved were not true on multiple I have never worked with such dishonest, incompetent people. From the sales person, Oscar, who said things that later proved were not true on multiple occasions, to the managers (Keith and Jordy), to the tags department, every part of this car buying experience was a NIGHTMARE. AFTER purchasing the vehicle, I have called more than 10 times, left multiple messages with no call back, just to receive my tags. It has now been more than 2 months and the temp tags expire today - and I am finally getting my tags, mind you this is only after very significant effort on my part and the help of the only helpful person in their organization (Tony). This dealership is full of empty promises to get your money and after the fact will tell you whatever they need to to make you go away... even when you just want your tags! I was apologized to multiple times after the "last person" that I spoke to blatantly told me inaccurate information. I will NEVER purchase a car from this organization again. Tony seems to be the only competent person who will actually return a call. UNREAL experience. Avoid this place at all costs! More
I had a horrible experience with Kathy Taghi, finance director. She refuses to return phone calls, emails, and blatantly lied twice about not receiving an email with required documents. I will give you a short history of my experience with your dealership in case you are not aware I purchased a 2016 F150 Certified pre-owned vehicle from your dealership 9-19-19. In October the sunroof was not working properly so I dropped of my truck so the service department could make the repairs. They kept my truck for 6 weeks and then I was told that they would not have the parts til the first of the year. This is after being without my truck for 6 weeks which I use to make a living. Long story short they were able to get the sunroof closed and I was able to use my truck until the parts came in. I dropped off my truck 3 weeks ago to get the sunroof repaired because the parts had arrived. The service department gave me a loaner truck for me to work out of while my truck was being repaired. Thank you. Yesterday the service department let me know my truck was ready for pick up. I went by today to get my truck. The good news is the sunroof works great. I have attached some photos of the bad news. After looking at the photos you have to understand my frustration with the service department thinking this was a completed job ready for a client to pick up their vehicle. Missing parts and a torn headliner is not what I would consider a completed project Again this is just in case you were not aware of my situation or what your service department thinks is a completed repair. In fact, he saved me money on my oil change. Additionally, the two times that I've been at this dealership (showroom and service department), it has been immaculate and the staff very friendly.
