It wasn't long before we were talking like old friends , but Oscar Mata was respectful at all times, he didn't rush us he took his time and I can't thank him enough for that. He asked what we were looking for in a new car, not what he thought we should get. Great - Easy car buying experience with Oscar Mata I purchased a new 2019 Ford Escape SEL from Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights in early December 2019. I truly appreciated the professionalism and honesty I purchased a new 2019 Ford Escape SEL from Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights in early December 2019. I truly appreciated the professionalism and honesty of salesman Oscar Mata. His integrity stood out to me and was the main reason I purchased the car from him. I tend to walk away from car salesmen if I get that uneasy feeling, like they're trying to pull something or take advantage of me. Oscar was honest from the start and answered every question I had specifically, in detail, and with actual numbers. He explained the Easy Price, then every adjustment to the price, including each discount, and each addition (tax, tags, etc...). Oscar took the time to find the answers between my calls, and put everything he was saying in writing, via email or text. He was polite and respectful, and when I got to the dealership to pick up the car, nothing changed. Oscar was friendly, helpful, took us for a test drive, and explained everything to us. We were in and out quickly with no issues. This was definitely the easiest, most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. More
