Kamari Celistan - 2011 Dodge Avenger Kamari was one of the most professional salesmen I had the opportunity to work with. I remember asking him how long had he been working with the deals Kamari was one of the most professional salesmen I had the opportunity to work with. I remember asking him how long had he been working with the dealship as if he'd been there for 5 years or so. His response shocked me of course. For an individual to have been working somewhere for a short period of time and have that much Knowledge was extremely impressive. I believe Kamari has set the bar high for younger salesmen and he is a wonderful asset to Sheehy Ford. Being that this is the first car I've ever bought I'm no stranger to customer service. Excellent Salesman....Horrible Services People!!! This is HARD for me to judge..I tried to call to the service department and NO ONE ANSWERED...I started about:4:30pm and they closed at 7. THEY would pick it up and HANG it up. Needless to say I did not get my serviced before I went on my trip. I just shows me that even though I know I had an excellent SALESMAN in "Sonny B" , The service department SUCKS! I was told that(written on{ paperwork} my car would be washed EVERY VISIT....They began to explain THAT THEY NO LONGER OFFER THAT SERVICE...SIR MY CONTRACT STATES OTHERWISE!!! WASH MY CAR....I had to get my serviceman "Sonny B" to MAKE THEM FULFILL MY CONTRACT. I am going to call again today to schedule my SERVICE....wonder what is going to happen! FIVE STARS for Sonny! Two stars for dealership! Only because of Sonny! More
worst experience of my life had a complete front brake job done on my f150 4x4. driving home from dealership, front wheel came apart from hub.they would not reimburst me for tow had a complete front brake job done on my f150 4x4. driving home from dealership, front wheel came apart from hub.they would not reimburst me for tow bill or rental car when vehicle was returned. truck stayed in shop for two months before finally repaired. my electronic four-wheel drive hubs are now manual hubs. upon further investigation, I learned the mechanic installed components backwards.I will never go back to this dealership again!! More

The financial specialist Jennifer, called a week later telling me she took upon herself to switch lending companies, tag on an additional cost (Vip) and that she could FedEx the forms for signature. I signed all but the vip package and returned. I have been asking for my bill of sales contract since then and still haven't received them. I've spoken to another manager (Kermit Ferguson) only to have him lie to me as well about sending them and now no one returns or answers my call. I'm so frustrated at this point. I would still recommend sheehy for of Marlow Heights, just ask for Jonathan. He's great 👌 More

Mr. Celistan assisted me in the purchase of a used 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport on July 27, 2016. I have purchased many vehicles in the past from a variety of dealerships throughout Maryland; so this was not my first rodeo. Mr. Celistan demonstrated himself to be very attentive to my needs and wants and at no time did I feel pressured or overly influenced to make a rushed decision. His calm nature and professional courtesy displayed went a long way in my decision to purchase the vehicle from your dealership. Your sales specialist training must be doing something right in preparing new sales specialist to hit the floor. His example should be modeled and appreciated by other sale team members that interact with your customers. Unfortunately, my car buying experience was not the best at your dealership. Mr. Celistan kept me grounded in my emotions and contacted me daily through telephone calls and text messages to ensure that I was comfortable with the purchase and confident with all the controls and features of the purchased vehicle.
