SERVICE RECEIVED FROM GENERAL MANAGER TONY NARDELLI For weeks my husband and I had problems related to our purchase of a 2011 Ford Truck F-150. At the time of purchase, we were assured that our Ford Tr For weeks my husband and I had problems related to our purchase of a 2011 Ford Truck F-150. At the time of purchase, we were assured that our Ford Truck could be flat-towed (i.e. with all four wheels down) behind our motor home. This feature was very important to us because my husband has had his hip replaced and is unable to do the work required for other methods of towing. However, duing our attempt to flat-tow it, we discovered that due to the design of the truck, it could not be flat-tow at all. When we asked the manager at Sheehy Ford to help us with a solution, we received a "run around" until Mr. Tony Nardelli. Within a couple of days, he resolved our problems. Please thank Mr. Nardelli for us. We have two Fords (a Lincoln Navigator and a Ford Truck F-150) now and will continue buying Ford products in the future. Reginald & Ruth Royster More

He took car of any additional requests that I needed like new mats for the vehicle and made sure it was clean and ready to go as described. He did an oustanding job with the process, so much that I went back and bought another car from this guy! Once again he took care of me and the deal was done! His customer service was exceptional (to say the least), and I've recommended him to several friends. I was looking to purchace another vehicle & heard Barry was at Sheehy Ford in Marlow Heights. I had a very uncomfortable experience at that location about 2 years ago and I have not returned to that location, but Barry convinced me to come in and see him & on my second visit I purchased a 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Ford Explored. Before meeting with Brian, Chris also contacted my via phone and expressed his concern of what I'm looking for in a vehicle. Once meeting Brian and Chris, I felt confident that they were both looking out for me and there was not going to be any sales pitch just to get a car sold. Brian sat with me, looking at cars within my price range. Chris came over and introduced himself to me and said, if you have any concerns or needs plese let him know, because they are there to assist me in choosing the vehicle that best suits me. After selecting two vehicles, Brian took me to test drive them. I was very happy with the 2014 Ford Fustion. Then I met Fran. Fran is wonderful. I felt very comfortable with Fran going over the financial part of purchasing a car. Fran took her time to explain whatever I had questions about. She was kind and professional.
