I was very happy with your customer service however I was not aware when I got the car back of the type of oil that you all were using for that was included in my contract for free oil changes it was not syn not aware when I got the car back of the type of oil that you all were using for that was included in my contract for free oil changes it was not synthetic and it did not look clean they put that they did a tire rotation but they did not do the tire rotation at all there was dust still on the lug nuts like they were not even touched by a tool at all. I set the appointment for the Bannister Advantage which inclded oil change, brake inspection, tirerotation, and muti pont inspection for $89. I only received an oil change for $83 with no explanation as to why tire rotation was not completed. I had to call up to Bannister to find out why but was given incorrect information. I spoke to the Supervisor Sharon and was informed they would take care of the tire rotation. I went to get the tire rotation done but was then informed that my tire tread was to low and I needed new tires. Understandable, but why was I not informed of this at my initial visit and was I charged 83 for just an oil change when the service I requested was 89. I should have been given a discount. They do not communicate well. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with my car getting service. More
My Car was not repaired and was intentionally sabotaged to have me pay for more repairs, and then was asked to buy a new car! Very slow I spent 5 hours there just for a diagnostic and didn’t get any work done because they didn’t have the parts. And my mustang had a recall and that didn’t get taken care of because they didn’t have didn’t get any work done because they didn’t have the parts. While my few visits to the service department were stressful; I really do appreciate Joe, Mo, and Sharon for their transparency, professionalism, and patience. i brought my mustang in for a recall. They had the car for 4 days. When i called to get an update, the service advisor told me the part was on back order and to come get the car. Here we are 7 months later. no one called. And to make things worse, they left my trunk unfunctional and all kinds of wires hanging and tourn. A new tire was also stolen from the trunk. Till this day no one has bothered to reach out. More
