Unfortunately the issue with the service department left me concerned about whether or not I could trust them with servicing my vehicle in the future. The salesman for our transaction did everything asked and promptly. I found him to be a bit abrupt and just hurried to get the process over and the client out the door. He was nicer at the beginning of the transaction and then when it came time to pay and pick up the vehicle, he just wanted us out the door. However, he did respond to me every time I called him and answered any questions I had. Just not a customer -centric type of person. Not one person I worked with is listed in the "Rate People you worked with". More
