Best service experience I have ever encountered in my adult life!! When making my appointment, I forgot to list a couple of issues that I wanted looked into. I know that the have to schedule according adult life!! When making my appointment, I forgot to list a couple of issues that I wanted looked into. I know that the have to schedule according to what customers indicate issues are; but they still looked into all of my items, even though I didn't let them know in advance. AND, it was done with out any attitude! KUDOS to Bannister!!!! More

They charged $1600 for a repair that did not fix the problem. After another Ford dealer repaired the actual problem for $400, Banister would not give me any refund or credit. problem.
