I when into Banister Ford on 21 May 2022 to purchase my 2022 Mustang GT. I received my vehicle on 21 June 2022. At first, there was a lot of running around and questions left unanswered. Quite frankly, 2022 Mustang GT. I received my vehicle on 21 June 2022. At first, there was a lot of running around and questions left unanswered. Quite frankly, I had every intention of going to purchase the vehicle at another dealership. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Amir for calling Ford and the Zone Rep everyday. Amir was very kind and empathetic about the situation. Whenever he received information or updates, he would reach out and let me know. In addition, Devron, the GM, also reached out to me and explained the situation to me. He made sure that I knew what was going on with my vehicle and the timeline. Devron, Amir, Sajjad, and Shana, thank you for all of your assistance and hard work with getting me my vehicle. Thank you for being kind and empathetic with my situation. Had to bring my car up three times and eventually rent a car to get the job done and the car doesn't work the way it used to, but I really don't feel like going through the entire hassle of doing it all aga car to get the job done and the car doesn't work the way it used to, but I really don't feel like going through the entire hassle of doing it all again to fix something I consider minor. I will go back to this dealer for certain things out of convenience, but not for anything important. More
