The issues were: the driver seat was not installed correctly, grease smudges on both sides of the vehicle after it was to be cleaned, and was not given all of the information about issues that may aff correctly, grease smudges on both sides of the vehicle after it was to be cleaned, and was not given all of the information about issues that may affect the vehicle when sensor was removed. The steering was binding and difficult to turn after service. I was given bad part, but no screws to reinstall new part. More

I don't know what kind of business Banister Ford is running, but are they aware that "knock your socks off" customer service, under promising + over delivering and providing solid financial advisement running, but are they aware that "knock your socks off" customer service, under promising + over delivering and providing solid financial advisement are principals that rarely exit in today's world? How dare they show genuine care by putting the customer first. Buying a very elusive Ford Bronce from them on yesterday was one of the best buying experiences I can recall having. The folks at Banister Ford have renewed my faith that good, old school customer service is still alive and kicking. If they keep this up, they actually may make a dollar or two. Well done Banister Ford! More
