Blessed! Greatful! and Ecited! I went to Nissan of Chesapeake looking for a reliable Used vehicle. But instead I left there with a brand you car. I was very overwhelm, excited. Great customer service after hours!! I arrived on Friday at 8:20pm 40 minutes before they closed! I was greeted outside before I even got out of my car by Mauricio! I knew exactly which I arrived on Friday at 8:20pm 40 minutes before they closed! I was greeted outside before I even got out of my car by Mauricio! I knew exactly which car I wanted and we took it for a test drive during pre blizzard weather & he didn't rush me not once! The staff was interested in my needs! I would recommend everyone to "swap keys" with the Nissan at Chesapeake!!! More

Made the impossible POSSIBLE Iwent in thinking they wouldn't be able to get me out of my old car and into a new car because I had tried at various other dealerships and it hadn't Iwent in thinking they wouldn't be able to get me out of my old car and into a new car because I had tried at various other dealerships and it hadn't worked out but I was wrong. Giff McDonald was an absolute pleasure to work with and I didn't make it easy for him. Also very helpful and instrumental in getting me on my way were Tony Cortinas and Aaron Swan. These guys didn't apply any pressure in any way. Very pleasant and easy going and I know how difficult I made it them.... Especially Giff. They still remained professional and courteous. More

Amazing customer service and buying experience! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Nissan of Chrsaprake. After trying to purchase another vehicle at my previous dealership in which they were I had an absolutely amazing experience at Nissan of Chrsaprake. After trying to purchase another vehicle at my previous dealership in which they were more concerned about making money and not concerned at all about what I wanted and being lead into signing for a car that could have left me in a really bad position, I was told about Nissan of Chesapeake. Mike Pulley was extremely helpful in sitting down with me and discussing everything about what they do at Nissan of Chesapeake and then he set me up with Hrb Griffin as my salesperson. Both of these men took their time to answer all my questions and really provide an excellent experience to me, that of which I didn't have at my previous dealership and I ended up walking out with a better deal that blew anything that my previous dealership was offering completely out of the water. They really worked with me and helped me out when I needed them the most amd they were extremely caring. I would not hesitate to going back to Nissan of Chesapeake and hope to continue doing business with them for many years to come. Thank you so much! Also, Joe-Joe in the finance department went above and beyond to find me the best financing options to match what I was looking for. I'm just not sure what his actual name is unfortunately. But he was also amazing! More
