My 3rd vehicle I've bought from Nissan of Chesapeake! This is my 3rd Vehicle that I have bought from Nissan of Chesapeake, and my 2nd car from the same Salesmen, Harry Negich. I would have never gone back This is my 3rd Vehicle that I have bought from Nissan of Chesapeake, and my 2nd car from the same Salesmen, Harry Negich. I would have never gone back to him or the Dealership if I did not have a good experience. I truly felt no pressure to buy, but he helped me to make a good decision on a beautiful car. I have had it about 3 weeks now and still love it. Harry is the best! I also would like to mention my Finance person, Terence Benn. He did not pressure me into any of the extra warranties at all; but explained each one to me to see what would be the best choice "for me"!! A week later, he even called me and said that if I could come back in within the next couple of days, that he was able to get me an even better deal (better interest rate and payment) then initially. He Certainly did not have to do that! One more person to mention. Since I am a return customer, I have been to the Service Dept many times for my (free) oil changes, car washes and State Inspections. I have to mention Mr. Jay Bussey, who runs the Service Dept. I am faithful about coming in for my (free) oil changes and State Expections; and a Car Wash whenever I like. The Service Dept has NEVER tried to get me to do any extra work that was not needed. Being a women, that is so appreciated to be treated with respect. Thank you Mr. Jay Bussey for running such a wonderful Service Dept; and thank you to everyone in the Service Dept for being so respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you to "Dan the Man" for being a trustworthy Dealer with a wonderful Dealership. Keep this up, and I will be in for Car #4 when the time comes!! More

Be prepared to wait forever for any free maintenance service I attempted 4 times to get my vehicle inspected for free (IE: free oil changes and state inspections) the first time I was told it would be 3 hours be I attempted 4 times to get my vehicle inspected for free (IE: free oil changes and state inspections) the first time I was told it would be 3 hours before it would get in, the second time I was told it would be at least 5 hours before it would get in. The third time I called ahead and was told if I got there within an hour it would only be 1.5 hours and when I arrived 15 minutes later I was informed they weren't doing anymore inspection that day. On my forth and final attempt I was checked in and was told "all advisers were busy and that I would be next with the first available adviser", after sitting there for awhile I noticed that the advisers were helping other customers that had come in behind me and they had just put me into limbo. I demanded my keys and went directly to Tread Quarters where it took less than an hour. More

Honestly, we expected the car to have been sold already. Nissan contacted very swiftly and the car we were interested was still available. The deal was too good to be true so we were still skeptical. They allowed us to over the phone transactions, they held the vehicle with deposit and they definitely gave us a great deal on it when I arrived to test drive it. They were patient, very responsive and overall friendly and very professional. I am already looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle with this dealership when I return from deployment. More
