First of all, Herb my car salesman this year communicated to me all of my options until we came to an agreement. He was very nice and patient with me. I really appreciated all of his help and most importantly I was able to get the car that I wanted at an agreeable price. I would also like to complement another salesman that helped me last year to get the first Maxima which I fell in love with which is why I wanted the new Maxima. He was extremely courteous and goal oriented. He wanted to ensure that I got the car that I REALLY WANTED and he worked 6 long torturous hours until we came to an agreement. Also, he followed up with me this entire year calling me making sure that I was not having any problems with my Maxima. He was always polite and friendly! Another awesome employee is the financial guy his name is James. He was so sweet and respectful. He was never impatient. He has such a pleasurable mannerism and a very welcoming smile. Raymond had the service department detailed inside and out, as well as they seats and carpets were all steamed cleaned. It looked like a brand new car when we picked it up. The full tank of gas was appreciated! I would recommend Raymond and Ray again to any of my friends looking to purchase a new or used car.
