I walked in Nissan of Chesapeake with some tough credit issues. My representative was Leonard Osterman, I told him right away what my issues was and what i could afford to put down. I came there with a car that I was stuck with from Mac Mac paying like $353 a month for 2009 Hyundai Accent. So I said if I am going to pay payments I would rather have something a lil better. I went there wanting to trade for a used Altima, Well needless to say. I did walk out that day with a 2014 Nissan Sentra. Which I was super excited because I thought I wasn't going to get anything. I initially wanted an Altima but because of my credit issues I wasn't able to get in one without a co-signer. I didn't want a co-signer. Well 4 - 6 months into me having the sentara Leonard Called me and told me that they had all kind of savings going on I should try for the Altima. So I did once again my credit hadn't change much, and I had limited money down and once again didn't want a co-signer. Well I guess they had to jump through hoops, but I walked away with my 2015 Altima! and my payments are still in the same range. So I am happy. Leonard is excellent and I am just thankful he thought about me and getting me in the Altima! That's good customer service! More

My interaction with both always seem to be above board and at no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of. They want to sell you your next vehicle and are willing to work with you to make that happen. I had explained to her what we wanted and didn't want. Guess what...that is exactly what we got. After agreeing to buy the car, he sent us to James in finance and he got us a better rate than we had come in with on our own. Also, I was not feeling well and Tonya walked by us and noticed, asked if I needed anything and brought me a glass of water and even checked on me a little while later. That was comforting and sweet.
