Horrible and Unethical! I needed service to my heating system. I had prior knowledge that my heating coil was bad, and may have needed to be replaced. I expressed this fact t I needed service to my heating system. I had prior knowledge that my heating coil was bad, and may have needed to be replaced. I expressed this fact to the service advisor Nichol Chappell 768182, and explained to her that i did not any work done that was not needed for the heat to work. The service technician failed to realize that the heating coil was not working after their diagnosis, which is hard to understand. I feel they should have known this before they put unnecessary parts on my vehicle, but they told me that is the procedure. The experience made me feel like they just wanted to get me for my money, and didn't even care if my heat was fixed or not. I would never recommend their service to anyone or have my car serviced here again. "Not to Mention, the service technician spilled coolant all over the outside of my engine and the inside of my car smells like there had been coolant spilled inside. More
