We were worried we would get denied but Giff did everything possible to make it work through his hard work we were able to get the vehicle my wife wanted, therefore we walked away a very happy customer . We were given a brand new loaner to drive for a day while our vehicle was being clean, which we were very impressed by the company doing this for us.' The building was in immaculate condition, everyone was very welcoming and my awesome salesman Gino Evans worked a miracle for me. I was in need of a car as my car was sinking in a grave. My credit score is not the best so I was trying to hold on to my car as long as I could . However after multiple breakdowns I realized I didn't want to put anymore money into repairs. After spending almost a year going to different dealerships and having my feelings hurt, I contacted Gino and he worked tirelessly to get me into a car that I actually liked and could afford! I went there expecting to be put in an old used car and walked away in a BRAND NEW Nissan Sentra!! I have NEVER owned a new car before. Gino made me feel comfortable and I felt that I could trust the words that came out of his mouth. It is not often that you can feel like you can trust a car salesman. I even called the service department days later for an explanation on one of the features and Brian (or Ryan) took the time to explain everything to me and never once made me feel like I was bothering him. I HIGHLY recommend Nissan of Chesapeake if you are looking for a car. You will get spoiled by the awesome service! More

I absolutely really enjoy my 2014 Nissan Altima; however I'm highly disappointed in my wait time. Out of the 3 times my oil was changed my average wait time has been an hour and a half. I'm used to service at other dealerships that always take half the time. Car is great, Scott was friendly and gave good customer service, the actual service is just slow. More
