Great experience I was in desperate need for a new car and feeling overwhelmed about making such a big purchase. The car salesman Ray assisted me in finding a car that I like and most all was in my price range. I know I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with but Ray was patience with me while going through this process. I am extremely happy with my Altima as well as Nissan of Chesapeake and definitely will refer my friends!!! More

Disappointed with lack of integrity Purchased vehicle and took it in for service because of the reputation of integrity. Found out that wasn't a good decision because it took 3-4 visits Purchased vehicle and took it in for service because of the reputation of integrity. Found out that wasn't a good decision because it took 3-4 visits to get a check engine light issue resolved. I was originally told that the $100 diagnostic fee would be credited to the cost of the repair. When the issue was finally, hopefully, fixed, I was presented with the $450 invoice (on top of $130 already paid) total of $580 for a part that I found online for $50. When I inquired about the diagnostic fee credit, I was treated like I was a idiot and how dare I even ask such a thing. Service person wasn't willing to explain or even discuss why, though I was told that the diagnostic fee would be credited towards the repair, it wasn't. Another disappointing thing about the event- I was charged for 2.5 hours of labor, but it did not take that long. When I attempted to get an explanation about that, no one was even willing to discuss. I'll NEVER go back there. More

We bought a 2014 Altima a month ago and liked it so much we traded our second car in today for a 2014 Rogue all the people we have met at Chesapeake Nissan have treated us like we are family and from this point on they will be part of ours!! Customer service I called Nissan Monday inquiring about a collections issue that I was unaware of and was told by the secretary Vicki that I would receive a callback. After numerous calls and still no callback response I asked to speak with a manager. The secretary Vicki asked for my name and a phone number and stated that someone will call me back. I explained to her that I've been waiting for a callback all week long and it was urgent that I speak with someone today. She released the call on me, hung up the phone in my ear. I was shocked and upset. I called back immediately and she was so nonchalant and sarcastic when I asked her why did she hang up in my ear. Very poor customer service skills displayed. Especially for a corporation such as Nissan. I spoke with Carlton about it after she transferred my call, but I'm sure it fell on deaf ears. So dissapointed with this because I was very courtesy and professional while speaking with her. She needs a refresher course especially being the first face and voice of the business. More
Never again I had a very bad experience with the dealership.Very misleading and did not represent well at all.You tell the customer you need 2,000 down then you a I had a very bad experience with the dealership.Very misleading and did not represent well at all.You tell the customer you need 2,000 down then you ask the customer how much can you put down and you tell the sales person and then you do the opposite.You come back to the customer with a story about the bank and it was not making any sense at all.I thought i would give the dealership another try but it was a waste of time and i did tell the saleman that i would never come back anymore and that i was going back to the dealership that sold me the car.If you going to tell a lie tell the lie the correct way.I would not refer anyone there if they asked me. I really appreciated that he allowed me to speak with the technician that reviewed my vehicle and he didn't rush me while I spoke but worked diligently to understand my concerns.
