I HAVE WORKED WITH GARY NELSON FOR ALONG TIME. HE IS VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED. HE ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF. WE HAVE A TOUGH WORK SCHEDULE AND GARY MAKES IT HAPPEN. After a 3 month wait, I finally was able to get my vanity mirror installed that was promised to me when I bought my car ( altho a basic mirror and not a lit one that was discussed was installed) a vanity mirror installed that was promised to me when I bought my car ( altho a basic mirror and not a lit one that was discussed was installed) and my car detailed. I was told it would be about 3 hours and was given a ride home by a very nice man by the name of Herman. After about 2 and a half hours I was called and told my car was ready. I went back and picked up my car to find the detailing hadn't been done. Just the mirror installed. That left me with a 2 hour wait at the dealership waiting for my car to be detailed, which they did a excellent job of. The folks in service are very nice and friendly, but it just seems things slip thru the cracks a bit there. More
I continue to have GREAT customer service from this dealership. In fact, I currently live in Charlotte, N.C. and compared to Victory they stink. The only word that the service dept. knows is " I'm sorr dealership. In fact, I currently live in Charlotte, N.C. and compared to Victory they stink. The only word that the service dept. knows is " I'm sorry,it needs to be replaced'. That's why I drive from Charlotte N.C. to Chesapeake, Va. to get my 2004 350Z serviced. I hope that Tina and all the service dept people get a "well done" from NISSAN. You might send some of the people in Charlotte to them for training. I don't usually take time to answer reviews. However, in ALL (7) my visits to Victory; I have always been treated "GREAT" thanks. John P. Harrington More
I went to this dealership because it had the used car I wanted online for a good price. The salesman I got was friendly, but very new. He had no idea what was going on, and obviously hadn't had any train wanted online for a good price. The salesman I got was friendly, but very new. He had no idea what was going on, and obviously hadn't had any training. Every time I asked a question he had to go ask someone else. When we sat down to get a price quote, he came from the manager's office with the monthly payments worked out. I took one look and knew that they were WAY off, but the salesman seemed to think that the car-dealership management gods were infallible and above sneaky number twisting. It took me almost an hour to get these people to realize that their math was wrong. I'm not sure if this was because they knew they were off, and were trying to convince me they were right, or if they are just incompetent. I think it was the former; any second-grader could have done better than these guys. If you are going to this dealership, take someone who knows math and a really big, impressive-looking calculator. Preferably, make it a calculator with some games or something on it. You are going to be there FOREVER. Don't expect too much from them after they have your money, either. I have a question about my loan, and have been leaving messages for a week. More

Our experience was very pleasant. Jamaal was such a gentleman and very patient with our decision process. He was determined to find us exactly the car we wanted and nothing less, which he did! The dealership was fast and efficient in preparing our new car. We had forgotten to remove our CD's when we were almost home. We gave them a call and they were extremely pleasant. When we arrived back at the dealership, one of Jamaal associates was kind enough to help us retreive the CD's in the pouring rain. We would most certainly be a repeat customer and would recommend both Jamaal and the dealership to our friends and family...and we have! More
Would e excellent for quality of work except that when they wash the cars it wasnt dried and had water spots all over it. Drying a card after washing it is just as important as washing it. They always aim to please and are able to handle any situation in a timely fashion. I must say that they are a well run facility because of the direction that they are under. Mr. Ryan Hall expects greatness to be given to all customers and he ensures that his staff is well mannered, accessible, and receptive to customer concerns.
