Recently I had an unfortunate incident happen concerning my car, where someone bashed in my back windshield. I happened to be away at the time and I had received a phone call about the problem. My car had to be towed from my apartment complex to Nissan of Chesapeake and Don handled the entire process. He worked with me over the phone and made sure that everything was taken care of. When I got back from my trip my car was completely fixed and all I had to do was simply pick it up! It was such a great experience, considering it took place around such a headache of a problem. I would highly recommend this dealership! The people here are wonderful and such a pleasure to work with! More

Before I purchased my GT-R, I was honestly a bit concerned about what to expect from a Nissan dealer with regard to the service experience. I'm happy to say that Nissan of Chesapeake far exceeded my expectations. Overall, I'm extremely happy with not only how I was treated, but by the professionalism of all of the employees that I came in contact with.
