I am not a big fan of dealerships and thus didn't look forward to the shopping experience at Victory Nissan. However, the salesman I dealt with (Harry Negich) completely reversed my feelings - the courteo forward to the shopping experience at Victory Nissan. However, the salesman I dealt with (Harry Negich) completely reversed my feelings - the courteous treatment and customer service he provided was simply outstanding! In my opinion, the management at Victory Nissan have their priorities straight. They seem to place a high value on customer satisfaction. For example, when I bought my 370Z, I noticed a light scratch on the car about a day after taking delivery. I called Harry expecting the process to be a drag, but it was the complete opposite. He told me to come by right away and they would take care of the scratch. It took less than 10 minutes of waiting before they had buffed out the scratch and brought the car back and had me on my way. Not long after this I sent them another customer who also bought a Nissan. I never thought I'd be referring people to a dealership... but these guys are worth it. More

I have been taking my Altima to Victory Nissan since I bought it almost 4 years ago. I always deal with Gary. He is always friendly and ready to help me and any way. A friend suggested that we visit Victory Nissan because she had had a good buying experience, we expected to see the usual fare. The staff at Victory clearly understands that people are making an important emotional decision when they buy a new car. Every bit of information we received at Victory was spot on accurate till the end, whether it was the price or our choices for an extended warranty. When they return my car, its washed clean and ready to go. I want to thank Don also. He is very friendly and caring. Most of time I deal with Gary but when Gary is not around Don is there to pick up the pieces with a nice smile hug. That also made me feel comfortable and at ease.
