Bought a 2021 AT4 with the RMT Package and the tire is rubbing on the fender and the two front fender skirts apparently were not installed properly because you can hear them flapping against the truck as rubbing on the fender and the two front fender skirts apparently were not installed properly because you can hear them flapping against the truck as you are going down the highway. Brought the truck in to have it looked at and was told they couldn't look at my truck until November. At the time this was over a month and a half out. I haven't had time to bring the truck back due to my job. The next issue was, I work out of town and my change oil light came on on my way home so I took my truck in for its first oil change and when i arrived I was told I needed an appointment for something as simple as changing the oil. After speaking to the store manager I left my truck and the oil was changed a few hours later. So at this point not overly excited about the service after the sale. My salesperson was awesome, just hasn't been great since. More

Appointment for oil change & tire rotation. They didn't check any of the fluids as they were supposed to do. My wiper fluid was out when I went there and was still empty when I left. I paid $60 and now I'm not sure if the other things were checked, such as brakes, belts, hoses, etc. I told them not to rotate the tires as I was getting new ones the next day. But the rest of the inspection should have been done. But apparently they were more concentrated on selling me $96.00 for 3 wiper blades. I had the driver side changed about 2 months ago it didn't need to be replaced, only the passenger side. I'm not sure I really trust Barker anymore for service. Basically all they did was change the oil, charged me $60.00 and it took over 30 minutes just to change the oil apparently. More
