Quick service. I dropped off my truck to have service work done for a recall notice for steering assist. Not exactly happy Brought in to have onstar antenna replaced due to alert from onstar. Got my vehicle back the following day (Friday). Noticed the following day that the roof console where the antenna was installed is loose. Also found a black hex screw on the driver’s side floor mat. Brought vehicle back on Monday for that to be fixed. It was. After leaving the facility, I noticed a loud rattling from the DVD player on the ceiling. Upon inspection of the DVD player, I found a silver washer-type spacer on the floor mat in the back seat area. I called for the service manager on Tuesday and a message was taken and my phone number was left for contacting. Once he returns my phone call, I hope this issue will be resolved. More
