He makes you feel like you are the only customer he is working on and he knows the car from top to bottom. But for my husband and I it is his personality and technique that we so liked. He is not pushy and over bearing , and that made us very comfortable and relaxed so that we could decide for ourselves what we wanted. I will follow him to Houma on my next new or used vehicle. I received an email from Kris like two years later explaining the dealership was interested in my vehicle trade and get me into a new Mazda CX-5! I was shocked and excited - he asked me what color and features I wanted - he made it happen. Such an easy process!! Two years later I email him asking about upgrading to a new Mazda - trading in my old Mazda and my husband Chevy Malibu (he had a company truck) Kris went way beyond his duty and helped bring in the exact model and accessories I wanted- he got a great trade in value for both vehicles!!!! With reluctance I did. However 30 minutes later I recieved an email from Kris Morales about my request. Before I could respond I recieved a text from Kris. After texting him about my situation, I found he was extremely compassionate and helpful. He made this experience super easy and very pleasant. He was very friendly and made you feel like you were speaking with a friend, not being hassled. 3 days after our first chat I walked away with the car I wanted. I would recommend anyone to see him. More than a salesmann I went to many dealerships in the past month. Mr. Troy was more than about just selling me a car. He treated me as he would his family. We shared stories about our families. He does his job very well. I would recommend any one to do their business with these people . I am never one to write reports . Not good or bad. But they made us feel like family. I wanted to give back and let you know they go far and beyond their jobs. With all the places I went in the past month. This was by far the one with the best hospitality .Even down to the guy who showed me where the restroom was. Very excellent services all around. Also this is my first Mazda and I can't see me driving any other type of car again. I will be telling my family and friends ,there is no better place to buy a car.
