Thank you for your review. The bank you wanted to use, Postal Credit Union, is actually the reason for the policy of holding outside lenders checks until they clear our bank. In less than 90 days we received 3 checks from Postal that did not clear and it took months for them to provide the funds, all on separate clients. This is the only bank in the metro we do not accept funds from. CUDL (Credit Union Direct Lending) also removed them from their network for failure to pay. We apologize you were caught in the middle but please understand we cannot deliver vehicles without payment and checks from Postal Credit Union historically are not valid forms of payment. We did offer a discount to try to offset any inconvenience, but you declined. There are hundreds if not thousands of lenders in the area we will gladly take funds from but we cannot accept funds from a bank we don't think intends to pay. While we 100% are confident your funds are valid, we have no confidence in Postal Credit Union. If you would like to explore payment with any other bank, whether it is inhouse or not inhouse, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for considering Baron and we do apologize for any inconvenience. If we had been aware of your intention to use Postal prior to your trip, we would have immediately informed you. WRONG, no discount was ever offered, I was actually told by Ryan the salesman that the only way they would even negotiate value of my trade or price of the Yukon was if I financed through your dealership! So everyone reading these generic responses don’t believe a word of it, that’s not even the name of my credit union, they can say whatever they want but read plenty of the reviews on this place before doing any business with them, they are a shotty sleezeball dealership. I’ve already submitted all my text conversations to bmw to have their dealership reviewed. BMW should be ashamed to be associated with these slimeballs

I was in and out in 15 minutes which I appreciated. My service guy rolled down the windows to cool down the inside of the car before I got in. On a 95 degree day I much appreciated that. More
