My car was there a week. I got no updates. My calls were never returned. I drove to pick it up without knowing if anything was done to fix it and I was told they started a I got no updates. I can see on the BMW app that there were no trips taken the week they had the car. I was told they couldn’t duplicate the problem and if it occurred again I should bring it back. The problem occurred again the first time I started it after I picked it up. More

It is rare for me to write a review, but with the excellent service I received at Baron BMW it would be unfair if I didn’t recognize the care that was provided to me by Clinton Wong. When I explaine excellent service I received at Baron BMW it would be unfair if I didn’t recognize the care that was provided to me by Clinton Wong. When I explained that I needed to meet a guest lecturer at the airport the following day, Clinton told me honestly that he couldn’t guarantee that the work would be completed, but that he would keep me advised of the progress and do his best to get me on the road. I received a phone call at 7:30 am the next day. The car was serviced and cleaned shortly after noon. I had time to make it to the airport. Thank you, Clinton. More
