Thank you for your review. We kindly informed you that due to your age, you could not receive a loaner. Our loaner insurance policies have regulations and one is simply that the drivers must be 21 years of age. This is actually quite lower than most rental car agencies. We offered to cover lyft charges and get your vehicle diagnosed as quick as possible to which we were met with threats of lawsuit by “Poague, Wall, Cox, and Adams, LLC”. We wanted to help you but cannot control your age or the requirements set by other parties. BMW does not promise loaners to any clients, they are a courtesy of the dealership with guardrails by the loaner program set by the manufacturer. While we try to accommodate every client we can, a loaner is never a guarantee. Even more so if the client does not qualify for the program. We are still glad to see if the “shutting when at idle” is related to the water pump we recently installed if you would like, we just can’t provide a loaner until you are 21 years of age.
