Not only do they fix the repair they provided the proof and negotiated on my behalf to have the shop responsible pay for the repairs. I am so grateful for the entire service team they did such a fantastic job their professional kept me updated and I will never go anywhere else More

Extremely disreputable - do not purchase a vehicle from them. Purchased a used vehicle which had previously had the majority of service done through Baron. Within a day noticed oil in the driveway and retu them. Purchased a used vehicle which had previously had the majority of service done through Baron. Within a day noticed oil in the driveway and returned for a service in 22 days from purchase. Estimate came back for $3387 dollar replacement of oil pan gasket! 20% of purchase price and they said it was not covered by limited warranty! 20% of car value struck me as a major repair! So Baron service had worked on this vehicle previously, done a check on purchase and still sold faulty vehicle. Baron either negligent, incompetent or deliberately deceptive in their sales and not standing by vehicle condition. Called the sales manager twice (Brandon) who got the message but never returned my call despite telling the service advisor (Edward) he would, not did original seller (Nathan) respond to original email. Untrustworthy and avoid. More
