I am disappointed in the level of service in the service department. Although my service rep, Clinton, was very kind, I was disappointed how my first service appointment with BMW went. I had damaged a tire and needed it replaced as I was leaving town. I left my car for nearly a week at the dealership. When I returned, the repair had not been completed due to lack of communication. It was simply putting a new tire on. Also, when I arrived to pick up the car, I was told that it was being cleaned up and they would bring it out. Upon delivery of my vehicle, they did not wash it or clean it up. It had been out in the rain all week. It looked terrible. As someone who washes their car regularly and keeps it garaged, I was disappointed that BMW would bring a car to a customer like this. I am a previous Lexus owner and loved their high quality service. I expected the same from Baron BMW, however, that is not the case. Again, my service advisor was kind, but the overall level of service was lacking. More
I called the week before to get an appointment for an oil change and to get my recall fixed on my car. When I got to my appointment my service person Matthew told me the part had to be ordered and it took two days. Which she would’ve had two days to order the part and I could’ve had my oil change done and the recall done at the same time which would’ve been ideal. More

My wife and I purchased a new 2026 BMW X5 from Baron BMW. The overall experience was excellent! Our sales rep was Giuseppe Baldin. He did a great job demonstrating all of the high tech features on the X5. The overall experience was excellent! Our sales rep was Giuseppe Baldin. Baron didn't have inventory in stock with the options that we wanted, but they located one at another dealer and had it within only a few days. We are very satisfied!!! More
