Baron BMW

I’ve never had a good experience with Baron. EVER…They tend to only want to speak with my husband who has never owned or purchased a BMW and can’t even drive my car because it’s a manual. I was hoping that having them replace my back breaks would be simple and I could get in and out. That was not the case. I was told my breaks would be in my Thursday and I could expect a call. That call never came. I couldn’t get ahold of the service department so I tracked the parts down myself with their parts department. This was Friday a day after they told me to expect a call. I dropped my car off at 3 on Friday for an 8:15 Saturday appointment that should have taken 2 hours. Several unanswered calls and texts letter I had heard nothing from Baron. At 3:00 on Saturday after even calling the sales department to unsuccessfully check on my car, I finally just went to the dealership which is 30 mins away from my house. It was apparently funny that they refused to communicate with me. I asked for my car back and that’s the very last time I’ll be giving Baron my business. More

Ryan, in the service department, was very clear in his communication and did everything he could to complete the required services quickly. When things were taking longer than expected, he quickly arrange communication and did everything he could to complete the required services quickly.
