Scott K. was my client advisor... one of the easiest, most pleasant, stress-free car transaction I’ve experienced, and much of it is attributed to Scott. I contacted almost 10 local and out-of-state dealerships prior. I inquired about the vehicle and signed the buyer’s order, all within 24 hours. Scott answered all my questions and was always professional, responsive and transparent; for details that he didn’t have, he connected me with Zach. I opted for a private carrier, and Scott managed the transfer with the shipper—I didn’t need to be engaged at all. After signing the buyer’s order Baron BMW prepared the paperwork and coordinated with a local, mobile notary service who came to me—it took about 20-30 minutes to sign all paperwork. The end-to-end process took about 7 days for my vehicle to be released; I’m sure it could have been done sooner, but my shipper wasn’t scheduled to arrive until another week. I’m really delighted by the entire experience. And there was even a gift for me from Baron BMW—a beautifully etched bottle of wine <3 I cannot say enough good things about Scott because he exceeded expectations in all aspects. I hate to do say this, but I expected a better service from BMW. My brand new bmw x4 M40i was towed for a tire placement, that for some reason is not covered underwarraty, although most tires are if you b from BMW.
