I contacted Jason (my Service Advisor) about buying new tires for our X3. I felt he listened to what I wanted, and helped me ease. He even pointed out a ‘buy three & get one’ special if I made my purchase tires for our X3. I felt he listened to what I wanted, and helped me ease. In going through my vehicle’s info he indicated it had two other services that were coming due. In closing, all of these services were completed in a timely manner. Jason and the BMW team rock!!!
