This dealership is friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy a car and the salesperson, Scott, was instrumental in locating the car with features that we wanted as well as model. We had been doing a lot of extended research on several cars and narrowed our search and found ourselves choosing between a BMW and a Mercedes. Upon test driving and learning more about the BMW it was clear which car we’d choose. The Mercedes dealership staff could not compare to Scott regarding knowledge, personality, helpfulness and an ability for diverse and intelligent conversation...not all talk between salesmen and customers is about cars. We bought the BMW and Scott stayed overtime into the evening to see that our car was detailed and then went through a tutorial to acquaint us with the technology of the car. He didn’t make us feel that we were imposing into his off time at all. Post sale he reached out to us a few times to check on how we were getting used to the car and to answer any questions. Seriously, we have bought many high end cars and have never had this type of buying experience. We’d recommend Baron BMW to anyone seriously interested in buying or just starting out casually considering different makes and models. More
