Well not so great after all. Left the dealer. They had washed the car. Then I noticed the cap in the rear bumper concealing the tow mechanism was missing. Called Ryan at BMW. Said usually comes off when car is washed.OK I said - you owe me a cap. Not so fast. Not covered by warranty. Would check their before and after video to see if it came off there. But Video machine broken. Can’t check. You owe me a cap I repeated. Will talk to manager. Still waiting. Not good Barron BMW. Not good. I do have other options. Hendricks here I come.
