No loaners, no callbacks, no updates. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. After the service writer said your vehicle is ready the check engine light was still present so 20 minutes customer service I have ever experienced. Service writers go through your voicemails call your custolers back keep them updated that’s all they expect! More
