No loaners, no callbacks, no updates. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. After the service writer said your vehicle is ready the check engine light was still present so 20 minutes customer service I have ever experienced. After the service writer said your vehicle is ready the check engine light was still present so 20 minutes later the faults were cleared. Service writers go through your voicemails call your custolers back keep them updated that’s all they expect! More

Took care in for a check engine light. They had problem diagnosed within a couple hours and everything in stock to fix less one part. It was ordered, delivered in 2 days and my car was good as new.
