I took my car in for service and upon leaving I received a paper with al Not always a great experience: Marvin the manager over service is rude! I took my car in for service and upon leaving I received a paper with all of the inspections they did. I even asked my advisor (Jason Danley) if they took my car out for a test drive twice and he stated yes. When I got home I reviewed the gps on my vehicle to find out that my vehicle never left their lot. They never did a test drive and most of the check marks on the inspection sheet where bogus as he never even tested my vehicle for the main issue I came in for. On the sheet it was marked as completed when it wasn’t. My service light was never reset. They never checked for half of the items on the inspection sheet, they just marked away and made the customer pay a fortune. They fooled me because I thought baron bmw was a trust worthy dealership. Marvin took it upon himself to tell me not to bring my xxx car in anymore and that I’m the one lying. Save yourself money and a headache and go somewhere else More
