Back in March I went to Baron BMW to test drive a couple of possible new cars. That encounter went well as I was also evaluating the dealership and sales staff. Then COVID-19 hit and things shut down. I rec of possible new cars. That encounter went well as I was also evaluating the dealership and sales staff. Then COVID-19 hit and things shut down. I received a follow up e-mail from Zach with information I had requested. However, given the economic uncertainty, I asked that we put things on hold until I was in a more comfortable situation. The sales staff respected my request and did not follow up incessantly, but waited until August for me to contact them. I went with a completely different model as my needs had changed; the sales force went with the flow and offered to run a vehicle 35 miles out to me for a test drive. Two thumbs up! They patiently negotiated and honored a credit from back in March. Once we agreed on a price, they picked me up at home and brought me to the dealership for the paperwork. The purchase process also went smoothly; an all around positive experience. Ric patiently brought me up to speed on the vehicle’s tech and operation. This was a very valuable service for me as my last BMW was purchased in 2004; much has changed. The car itself has met every expectation during the past week. I’ll take a 10 hour drive next weekend, which will give a good impression of long distance performance and comfort. Ihr habt Wirklich erstklassig gehandelt und ich werde in Zukunft euch empfehlen.
