We just purchased a car from Barron BMW only to be told 2 months later that there were $1,500+ in mechanical repairs. When I questioned the Service Manager, 2 of the 5 repairs were covered under warranty. Af months later that there were $1,500+ in mechanical repairs. When I questioned the Service Manager, 2 of the 5 repairs were covered under warranty. After pushing more on why we were sold a car that needed so many repairs - and/or why we weren't informed prior to buying, the Service Manager responded "we must have missed a step". Had we known they were selling a car that would need instant repairs, we would have walked away. BMW Sales Manager refused to cover the repair cost and would only pay 50% on a broken car they sold us under good faith. Who would have thought you would have to take a car from Baron to another mechanic to check it out before purchasing??? More
