My most recent experience with Baron was exceptional. I brought my vehicle in to solve a wiper fluid leak. Ryan was very responsive, helpful and his customer service was truly excellent and stands out to m brought my vehicle in to solve a wiper fluid leak. Ryan was very responsive, helpful and his customer service was truly excellent and stands out to me at the top. I had contact with others during this visit however that were significantly less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, not all Baron staff represent the organization as well as Ryan. Staff in the garage (horrible) and service staging area (needs more training) were not what Baron wants their standard to be. More
