Sold me on a service contract ($$$), then turned me away when I asked for service (service notification not lit), and when I returned - the service contract had expired. No ethics here. I am a customer at Baron BMW since 2009. They have taken care of my car maintenance and such. Their charges are fair. The facility is nice and clean.
