Service was quick without price change. Advisor was knowledgeable. Waiting room chairs not very comfortable, but snacks and coffee were excellent. Upgrade the chairs. That’s all folks! knowledgeable. Good service Had my 2018 BMW i3s in 3 weeks ago for annual service. The tech noticed the rear tire tread was worn down to 2-3mm and suggested replacing the rears. Had my 2018 BMW i3s in 3 weeks ago for annual service. The tech noticed the rear tire tread was worn down to 2-3mm and suggested replacing the rears. I asked about the fronts - they said they would last a while. Rather than making two service trips, I asked them to replace all 4. I brought the vehicle in today and they changed all 4 and balanced them within 90 minutes. They offered me a loaner, but I declined - as quick as they are, it was more convenient to wait. Always good service with Baron BMW. More
