This was the best experience we have had with the service advisor. Before this last time we were in, we asked Service to replace the other dealer's plate we had bought the car from, with a BMW Baron plate, advisor. Before this last time we were in, we asked Service to replace the other dealer's plate we had bought the car from, with a BMW Baron plate, and were told that would cost us $90 (labor). That kind of arrogance is a real turn off when it's in fact free advertising for Baron. When I refused the plate, I received a call stating it was free of charge and we proceeded. But how many people would agree to that? Trust and honest communication is imperative in any relationship and we haven't always had that with Baron. More
