Beyond what's expected I have been dealing with Baron Mini since 2009 always with great experiences. They have Top notch service department along with sales and finance. We are on our 3rd mini (yes we are a mini addicts. Whenever a new model comes out its time for a new car). Little Rock Mini is 150 miles from my home (I tried their service department once and never again) I will travel over 300 miles to Baron in Kansas with pleasure. More

Car trouble needed Emergency service Benjamin Jones, Service Advisor took my emergency call and helped me get my car started and over to Baron Service department. Once there Ben was court Benjamin Jones, Service Advisor took my emergency call and helped me get my car started and over to Baron Service department. Once there Ben was courteous, calm and helpful. Everything was taken care of and I was sent home in a loaner while service did their work. The car was washed and ready when I was told. Ben explained what service diagnosed and repaired. Excellent Service Department We bought our BMW X1 at Baron. The salesman mentioned that we would want to have our service done at their dealership as they employed the most Class We bought our BMW X1 at Baron. The salesman mentioned that we would want to have our service done at their dealership as they employed the most Class A mechanics in the area. I thought to myself that sounds expensive but when we experienced a problem with the back up camera I called Baron Service. Service arranged a loaner (BMW) and picked up our car in Topeka. Mechanics diagnosed the problem and the service department called to explain the repair and authorize the repair. The dealership returned the car the following day to Topeka. Expect a very professional experience at a reasonable and fair price More
