Service Department Always try's to up sell I have taken my Bmw here many times, not by choice but it is the closest certified dealer. Every single time it is a horrible experience! Service dept wasn't informative Went in for service because I had a error message on the dash. The error message indicated something wrong with the electronic steering lock. I read u Went in for service because I had a error message on the dash. The error message indicated something wrong with the electronic steering lock. I read up hours and hours on the Internet the day prior to taking my car in so I was knowledgable of the situation. They immediately told me it was going to need a new steering column and would cost $1200. I knew from what I read online that the model and year of car that I have is known for this error message and as long as the car still starts then you don't need a new steering column, just need the software updated. They told me it was going to need replaced again so I just asked them to clear the code. They cleared it and I drove home and it hasn't come back since. I feel they just automatically told me the most expensive solution hoping I wouldn't question it and pay the $1200. More

Rayan was amazing My wife and I decided that we wanted a used x3 after doing tons of research and found what we were looking for at Baron. Stopped by late Monday night My wife and I decided that we wanted a used x3 after doing tons of research and found what we were looking for at Baron. Stopped by late Monday night and Rayan was just about to leave for the day. He saw us, stopped what he was doing and immediately came over to make sure we were taken care of. I get that's the job, but hey... when I want to go home I just do. Not Rayan, he completely changed his plans and stayed with us for a test drive etc knowing we weren't buying that night. We slept on it and decided to pull the trigger late the next evening, we felt bad about keeping him again but he never made one mention of it. The sale was easy and fair, even made sure to give us the same delivery experience of a new car. If this dealership has a car for sale, do yourself a favor and see Rayan. We will again when in the market, hopefully he will still be at Baron. An asset to their team for sure. More
