Hello, Mr. Hartigan, Thank you for your response, I did not see your reply to my other review but I will find it so I can copy and paste. As far as the sprak plugs yes, I understand where you are coming from. Replying to "Our technician did not recommend rear brake replacement, they only cautioned them at 5mm".  As with the brakes I WAS  asked/ (RECOMMENDED) that DAY to change my rear brakes for $740 and as you can see I declined service, not cautioned, it was definitely a recommendation.

Thank you for your review and I apologize for any confusion. Our inspection reports have multiple sections. Your rear brakes at 5mm fall into the “caution” section where it outlines this is something you need to be aware of but not address now. This is why my team never asked you to replace the brakes during the multiple interactions.  I would encourage you to go to a BMW dealer for service, not what dealer you spoke to. BMW uses a key read system that other dealers do not have. The spark plus are recommended by the vehicle off the key read. This is a BMW recommendation not a Baron recommendation and the recommendation is made by the vehicle based off time/miles/driving conditions.  Clay Shafer General Manager 913-722-5100 cshafer@Group1Auto.com
