Thank you for your reply. I want to note that my concerns regarding the transaction have not yet been fully resolved. There have been significant delays and miscommunications with financing, as well as issues with the vehicle condition and warranty that were identified prior to signing any paperwork. I have communicated directly with the General Sales Manager, Brandon Shannon, regarding the return of financing funds and the incomplete resolution of this matter. I am happy to provide a chronological summary of the events and supporting documentation to clarify the situation. I hope the dealership will address these issues promptly for the benefit of future customers.
