Dropped my vehicle off for service 7:30am this morning, DRL needed repairing! They never told me when my vehicle was available for pick! Called the dealership and they said the service department was close DRL needed repairing! They never told me when my vehicle was available for pick! Called the dealership and they said the service department was closed! So unprofessional but they’ll pretend to be that way when you get your vehicle checked in! This was my first and last experience with them! I’m really surprised that it’d be this way at a BMW dealership. More
