Did not set expectations for length of time needed for service. Thought I was getting an oil change that would take about 2 hours but when I got there they said I needed a 20000 mi service that ended up t service. Thought I was getting an oil change that would take about 2 hours but when I got there they said I needed a 20000 mi service that ended up taking 7 hours and cost 1500.00. I talked to the manager when I picked it up to express my frustration. He listened but didn’t seem to care much about what I had to say. My whole point really was that I would expect BMW to want customers to have a positive experience instead leaving feeling totally frustrated. I tried to make it clear that my problem was not with Ryan but with the system they use to determine service needed and communication from the point of making an appointment. More

I worldview given two stars but Zach, the service manager who worked his way up, is a ROCKSTAR. Explained every detail of the diagnostics and was very patient with me. I can't say the same for the service ad who worked his way up, is a ROCKSTAR. Explained every detail of the diagnostics and was very patient with me. I can't say the same for the service advisor. Very kind and responsive in written communication before I picked up the car. Condescending in phone communication. They must not record outgoing calls for training purposes. Zach, however, has a tough job and works it with great finesse! More
