I had excellent service when purchasing my vehicle, however I was extremely disappointed on my last service appointment. I was told that a battery would cost me $427 "out the door" before the 10% disco however I was extremely disappointed on my last service appointment. I was told that a battery would cost me $427 "out the door" before the 10% discount for making an afternoon appointment. However, afterwards I was presented with a $444 bill including the 10% discount. You do the math. When I questioned Kirk about the previous quote he said "oh that didn't include taxes." I'm fairly certain that the term "out the door" implied with everything. So I'm estimating I was overcharged at least $60. And my equipment wasnt even reset to the original settings after replacing the battery. Like the time on the dash ect. And on my previous visit, I purchased a 3yr oil package, which I was told I could use as much as I wanted. I was given the example that instead of the once a year (since I only put about 6,000 a year on my car), that I could do every 6 months ect at no charge. Well I was informed this visit when I mentioned that, that no, I could not. That my car had to specifically state it was time. I love my car. And my salesman was completely honest and helpful. But I'd like to have my car serviced by people I can trust. A battery. The oil package. These are basic services, God forbid I needed something major. It just makes me lack confidence in their integrity overall. More
I've been coming to Baron BMW regularly since ordering my custom hardtop convertible with them several years back. My latest visit was the best with Kirk as my Service Advisor, who was polite, professional, custom hardtop convertible with them several years back. My latest visit was the best with Kirk as my Service Advisor, who was polite, professional, courteous, and went above and beyond in ensuring I had the best experience during my service appointment. Kirk also got my service work completed in under the quoted duration, which is spectacular. Highly recommend Baron BMW for your next car purchase as well as the ongoing maintenance of your vehicle. Assistant Service Manager, RYAN DEBRECHT and his subordinate, Chelsea Kester were less than professional, failed to communicate or provide required warnings about brakes after a complete brake and r subordinate, Chelsea Kester were less than professional, failed to communicate or provide required warnings about brakes after a complete brake and rotor replacement. It was only after driving the car 2 blocks, becoming concerned and afraid that the brakes were not working properly (spongy pedal, low response, less than before brake job). We returned the car, expressed our concerns, and the technician/mechanic took it for a test drive. They returned with, "We drove it. They're just fine, nothing wrong." After several minutes of back-and-forth, the technician FINALLY brought a little cardboard hanger that warned, "Avoid violent braking for the first 125 miles." This did nothing to ease our concerns for the highway drive we needed to take home. We expressed those concerns and were met with even more condescending, argumentative, and defensive tones about how car brakes work and the safety of the car. We asked the Serviced Manager to personally guarantee it. The Service Manager said that because this was a "2014" he wouldn't feel comfortable signing his name to his guarantee that our car was safe to drive on the highway. His employee, Chelsea, attempted to reason further by saying, "Breaking-in brakes is just like getting new tires." We are well-versed in automotive maintenance and repair, and have owned BMW's for the last 13 years. While BMW and other manufacturers have made some advances in technology since the last time we replaced brakes on cars we've previously owned in the last 34 years, brakes and brake systems (BMW included) are fairly consistent. "We hope you experienced the Baron difference," the work receipt says. Evidently, we did. We left unsettled and with our trust in Baron BMW fully eroded. More

I have been trying since September to obtain my title from Baron BMW for a car I purchased in August. They sent the original title but it was filled out incorrectly with the wrong address. I asked them from Baron BMW for a car I purchased in August. They sent the original title but it was filled out incorrectly with the wrong address. I asked them to send a duplicate. They lady who handles titles won’t even return my calls. It’s now December and I’m unable to title my car due to them. Not only that, they lied about the pre-existing damage that existed on the car. This was a used car, and so I expected them to be honest about existing damage. They informed me there was a small chip on the windshield. I asked them if it was a chip or crack… they said chip. I got there, and it was a 14” crack. This is a $5K windshield. A chip can easily be dealt with. A crack can’t. The gentleman who purchased my trade in informed me he had a similar experience. More
