am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit on [insert date]. I brought in my 2010 BMW 650i specifically to address an issue with the driver-side headlight, wh I received during my recent visit on [insert date]. I brought in my 2010 BMW 650i specifically to address an issue with the driver-side headlight, which is not functioning across daylight, low beam, and high beam settings. I was under the impression that the service I paid for would include replacing the main headlight bulb I provided, and if that did not resolve the issue, a thorough assessment would be conducted to determine the root cause. Unfortunately, I left without a clear explanation of what was wrong or what steps were taken to diagnose the issue. This lack of communication left me frustrated and uncertain about the condition of my vehicle. Additionally, I noticed that my tire pressure warning light was on when I arrived. I had hoped that, as a courtesy, your team would take a moment to address this simple issue by adding air to the tire. This did not happen, which added to my overall dissatisfaction. If Matt believes this was all covered during our conversation, I must respectfully disagree. The explanation provided was vague and did not give me the clarity I needed to understand the problem or the next steps. I understand and respect the value of your technicians' time, but I also expect that time to be used effectively to provide clear communication and complete service. I would appreciate a follow-up that outlines what was done during my visit and what needs to happen next to resolve the headlight issue. More
Dealer is good but I would have preferred to know how much I would be charged. I went there for oil change & filter ONLY with a $59.95 coupon but was surprised with a $292.00 bill @ the end despite the much I would be charged. Suddenly the sunroof quit working.... they wouldn't take responsibility for.... after that repair the right mirror quit working... again no responsibility.... and a day later I realized that the left rear door lock doesn't unlock with the other 3 doors via RKE you have to hit the unlock button inside either of the front doors.... Also I took my car in for a burned out LED taillight and asked to have the entire assembly replaced because that's the only option.... they reported back that it only needed a peanut bulb... after paying the small charge to replace the tiny bulb, it still didn't work.... then they agreed that it needed the entire assembly due to the LED failure.... THEY are COMPLETELY unknowledable of partner companies and other dealership warranty companies and refuse in assisting with help to contact the other companies.... you have to contact them and get the information and claim number and provide them with the phone number and details and claim numbers.... This is the second BMW dealership I have had such poor reviews for... I have used 5 or 6 different dealership and most are excellent and excell way beyond these poor reviews.... this is my 3rd BMW.... Unfortunately the only other dealership in kc. Is appointment only.... so I won't be buying another BMW until I move out of KC area.... More
