Went in for a routine oil change/service. Although I wasn't happy hearing the news that I need new tires after 17,500 miles, that's the design of the car's fault, not the service center. Poor communication from the service department regarding maintenance and proactive scheduling. When I asked why I had not been contacted in the last year or was informed my maintenance plan was going to exp maintenance and proactive scheduling.
