Service was fine and within a reasonable time frame. My only complaint was being told there was a $195 diagnostic fee. My husband and I have purchased numerous cars from Baron, including the one resulting only complaint was being told there was a $195 diagnostic fee. My husband and I have purchased numerous cars from Baron, including the one resulting in this survey, and that did not sit well with me. I understand you don’t want people bringing their cars in and then not using Baron for repairs, but you should consider if you are speaking with a repeat customer. I had Baron fix the car, so the $195 was a non-issue, but it will make me consider other shops in the future. More
