My experience with Baron BMW was a mixed bag - there were both excellent aspects and significant annoyances with the purchase process. First, I originally had no real intention of buying a BMW, but I stoppe both excellent aspects and significant annoyances with the purchase process. First, I originally had no real intention of buying a BMW, but I stopped at Baron and a particular vehicle caught my attention. After a test drive I was intrigued. The sales manager allowed me to take the vehicle home over the weekend and this sold me on the vehicle (an excellent aspect). I did not like the specific specs of the test vehicle and due to a supply issue no others were available, so Baron had to order my vehicle from new production. This process proved frustrating as my salesperson lacked a lot of specific knowledge about the available features of my vehicle and much of this proved to be more of a struggle than it should have been (a significant annoyance). Further, my salesperson lacked attention to detail and follow through. For example, when the vehicle arrived, I asked several specific questions so that I could arrange for payment. Tim quoted the incorrect APR (a significant annoyance). The finance manager, however, resolved the situation quickly and professionally (an excellent aspect). In the end, I am very happy with my vehicle. More
