My advisor gave me amazing Service truly a great guy his name is Joe however the techs who worked on my car I watched them the whole time while I waited there they were completely just messing around on the name is Joe however the techs who worked on my car I watched them the whole time while I waited there they were completely just messing around on there phones and just jacking around looking at other things other than the task at hand all I’m saying is I could of left 30 minutes earlier than the time I waited. Also whoever checked me in completely rude I get out of my bmw expecting to be greeted and asked for who my advisor is and all I get is “where’s your key you can wait inside” More

I took my car at 7:30am to get an oil change. The gentleman who helped me stated I needed new tires so I agreed. Normally an oil change takes an hour but with tires I figured it would be a couple. I did not hear from him until I texted at 7:00pm after they were already suppose to be closed to have a status on my car. He responded with “Your tech just finished the vehicle. Did you want to come and get it tonight? I am still here and will be for a bit?”. I was never told it was going to take all day and he didn’t even apologize that it took that long. When I picked up my car, it wasn’t washed or vacuumed out (I know that doesn’t come with an oil change or new tires) but I thought it would have been the least they could have done. I was going to say something to that gentleman but he had someone else run my car for the service. Very POOR customer service. More

Bought car a little over 6 weeks ago, drove it for literally 3 days and the rest it has been in the shop for backup sensors and high beams not working. Collectively, i had it for 3 days out of 45 days literally 3 days and the rest it has been in the shop for backup sensors and high beams not working. Collectively, i had it for 3 days out of 45 days. First, they fixed the backup harness and forgot about the high beams. After being told car is like new, drove it for literally 30 mins to discover that the high beams are showing and error and had to take it back. Wife called a manager "Eli" but never heard back. What sales manger is afraid of confrontation? That said, Val, the saleswoman was very friendly and welcoming. I postponed this review as much as I could hoping to give a better one. First BMW I ever own on the recommendation of family. Love it but going back to Japanese or Kia that have stellar service. More
