Bought car a little over 6 weeks ago, drove it for literally 3 days and the rest it has been in the shop for backup sensors and high beams not working. Collectively, i had it for 3 days out of 45 days literally 3 days and the rest it has been in the shop for backup sensors and high beams not working. Collectively, i had it for 3 days out of 45 days. First, they fixed the backup harness and forgot about the high beams. After being told car is like new, drove it for literally 30 mins to discover that the high beams are showing and error and had to take it back. Wife called a manager "Eli" but never heard back. What sales manger is afraid of confrontation? That said, Val, the saleswoman was very friendly and welcoming. I postponed this review as much as I could hoping to give a better one. First BMW I ever own on the recommendation of family. Love it but going back to Japanese or Kia that have stellar service. More

Like convenience of scheduling online and being able to get a loaner vehicle. Service members are friendly.
