Rep, joe, was awesome. Waiting area and bathrooms were clean. Wished they had bottles of water or non sugar cold drink options in fridge. Had only sugar drinks besides coffee. Crazy labor prices though More

Greg The experience is basically what I described. Very robotic. Here is what our computer says needs to be done. No consideration for reality no explanation why/ benefits. No watch out on Time it will take. I heard agent say $ 42.32 for spark plugs I thought that was cost for each plug to be replaced. I did not understand $423. At end Chelsea said. “Well it actually cost a little as than that “( I guess I should be 😃) Chelsea did admit to not putting service discount only after I called back. She indicated she would put it on my account as a credit for “ next time “ Just crap xxx job overall on service. The recommendation to replace 3 tires was just your system generating a recommendation with no thoughtful human intervention It’s not personal with Chelsea. I’m sure she is a good person and good at her job. I think it’s more about your service culture your team has established I guess customers are just supposed to assume every time they bring In Their car they should expect to fork over thousands
